Description
This deeply colored Rose comes from southern Italy and is produced from the local Gaglioppo grape. This thick skinned grape imparts both color and tannin to the wine. Full bodied and packed with intense red fruit character. This is a rich, powerful wine that if tasted blind you would probably pick as red. That said, it is a fabulous wine to pair with food. The flavor and acidity make it sing at the table. Pair with grilled beef kebabs, robust pasta dishes or strong cheeses. - GEOFF
